Laser cutter is helpful in manufacturing products where a high degree of accuracy is required.
Routers:
A CNC Router works by moving a tool to specific X, Y, Z co ordinates through out the machines available working bed.
A router or high speed spindle with a cutting tool then removes material at the desired locations.
Different cutting tools can be use depending on the material and the feature being machines.
Aluminium, Steel ACP, wood, acrylic, corean are typically the materials that are processed on this machines thickness range 1mm to 10mm.
3D Printer:
A 3D Printer is a machine allowing a creation of a physical object from a three dimensional digital model, typically by laying down many thin layers of a polymer in succession.
3d printing, for best results can be done through FDM process or SLA process
